| Qualifications/Job Description This position will support the Corporate Treasury functions of Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc, along with its parent, CME Group, and other subsidiaries. This position reports to the Cash Manager, Treasury Department. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Prepare daily cash position and invest or redeem cash as determined by cash balances and requirements for the day.
2. Complete bank account reconciliations for accounts held by CME Clearing house.
3. Execute wire transfers.
4. Open, close and maintain bank accounts.
5. Monitor foreign bank accounts and maintain funded to cover cash outflows.
6. On a daily basis, analyze and promptly investigate unknown cash activity in administrative bank accounts.
7. Serve as a Security Administrator on various bank software programs and website banking platforms.
8. Prepare monthly GL entries for investment portfolios and interest expense.
9. Complete Quarterly Investment Reports.
10. Analyze bank fees and recommend changes to reduce fees.
11. Update existing procedures and document new procedures to ensure smooth operation of department within appropriate environment of internal controls.
12. Ensure Cash Management functions are in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and provide Internal / External Auditors with documentation as needed.
13. Work with Accounting departments to implement bank services needed for their functions.
14. Troubleshoot miscellaneous bank related issues and complete special projects as needed.
15. Assist Cash Manager on various projects such as potentially transitioning to new bank and implementation of Treasury Workstation.
Required: B.S. in Accounting or Finance, 3 - 5 years of Treasury/Cash Management experience Please apply directly via the company's website.
